Q1: Can I make an onsite payment on the appointed date?
A1: No, the conference does not accept onsite payment. You have to complete your registration including payment online, using our provided methods. Registrations without payment will be regarded as invalied.
Q2: Can I apply a refund if I cannot attend to the conference at the appointed date?
A2: Yes, you can send an email to the registration committee for an refund. The refuning rules are as follows:
If your refunding is applied before April 15, 2019, you can either get a full refund or choose to attend to TURC in the following year.
If your refunding is applied between April 15, 2019 to May 15, 2019, you can either get a 80% refund or choose to attend to TURC in the following year.
If your refunding is applied after May 15, 2019, you can only choose to attend to TURC in the following year.
Q3: Should I register the conference if I have a paper accepted?
A3: Each accepted paper should have at least one author registered at the conference. Each registration can at most cover two papers.
